Contributing to Variety
It’s very simple! We’re always looking for new artwork, poetry, short stories, serial fiction, jokes and photos.
If you want to submit some of your work, email it to Katie, our variety editor, at mess-variety@stolaf.edu. She will review it and let you know if/when you can plan to see it in print. We usually print submissions on a rolling and space-available basis.
While we don’t often reject submissions, we do have to make sure they follow our editorial guidelines. You can read more about those here. If you’re unsure about your work, ask Katie. She’ll be able to tell you if you’re good to go.
