  • Through the St Olaf Student Health Portal, submit the following required forms: Immunization data, Tuberculosis (TB) screening questionnaire, and Report of Medical History.
  • Have final high school transcripts, AP/IB scores and/or PSEO/CIS transcripts sent to St. Olaf. It doesn’t hurt to bring original or certified copies of your transcripts or certificates with you.
  • Registration for First-Year Writing and/or First-Year Religion courses open on July 16th.
  • Complete Online Placement Tests. The math survey is required from all students.
  • In July you will receive a bill for the fall semester, and in January for the spring semester. The fall semester payment is due August 9. If payments are late, a finance charge of 0.5% per month will be added to the unpaid balance. You can pay online using ACH, credit card, or via bank wire. Payment Plans are available if you wish to make monthly payments throughout the semester or academic year.
  • As an incoming student with a work award, you have two options for finding an on-campus job:
  1. Request placement in a position by HR.
  2. Find a Job on Your Own: This option allows you to complete a traditional job search.  You can view job postings online and apply for jobs that interest you. (
