The study of Athletic Administration and Management as a whole is the study of human thought processes, human behavior, and communication.  The curriculum is focused heavily on the direct management of players and coaches, centered around leadership, communication, and motivation in the world of sports.  While incorporating classes in management, psychology, education and history, this mixture will provide the best knowledge to lead and communicate well with coaches and players to ensure everyone’s best interest
