Genial.ly

Genial.ly allows for the creation of interactive images and infographics by adding markers and embedding media into the images themselves. The free account has an unlimited amount of images and projects and has the option for collaborative projects. While all group members can not edit a project at the same time, multiple people are able to contribute.

Thinglink

Thinglink can be combined with Google Maps Street View download tool to create VR walking tours. Pictures can also be captured with a 360 camera and uploaded for annotation.
