Vines & Rushes Winery is located on an established family farm in Ripon, Wisconsin. They currently grow five acres of grapes cold hardy enough to survive Wisconsin’s winters. Over the winter of 2020-21, they also began the cultivation of hydroponic produce with the help of Aidan Schoff. As an intern, he installed a semi-commercial-sized FarmTek NFT hydroponic system that allows the winery to harvest 90 heads of fresh lettuce each week.
