My name is Aidan Schoff. I study Agribusiness and Spanish with a Management Studies Concentration at St. Olaf College. Growing up in rural Wisconsin, I developed an early and deep respect for nature. I worked throughout my childhood at Vines & Rushes Winery simultaneously learning about agricultural and business practices. In high school, I had the opportunity to manage an aquaponic system and learned about soilless growth technology. Some years later, I revisited this interest in college and decided to focus my personal course of study around hydroponic technology. I enjoy traveling and spending time outdoors in my free time as well as playing music and dancing.
