Fundraiser for Urban roots
Fofo and Fabricio after a 5K on June 5th 2026
On Saturday, October 4th, 2026 I’ll be running the Twin Cities in Motion Marathon 26 miles or 42 kilometers in about 6 hours.
I decided to run for a cause, so I joined the non-profit organization “Urban Roots” to help them fundraise money for their cause of providing paid internships to youth on the East Side of Saint Paul. Youth interns develop leadership, entrepreneurial, and life skills through our Market Garden, Conservation, and Cook Fresh Programs. Each year, up to 90 youth interns, ages 14-24, participate in our progressive, tiered programming, connecting to one another and the world around them.
Please, I’ll be eternally grateful if you decide to contribute to this cause. Any contribution of even 1$ helps to level the playing field in education for minority students.
(If you donate double check the name on the right side of the webpage says “Fabricio”)
This is my longest run so far 20 mi=32 Km with 720 ft= 219M of elevation gain at 90F°=32C°
