An evening on the farm

Join us on Thursday, June 19 for a taste of rural life at the rustic– yet elegant–Red Barn Pizza farm. Just a 20 minute drive from campus, this wildly popular local venue is the perfect setting to recall the life of the many Norwegian-American immigrants who homesteaded in the area.

Once we arrive, you can explore their 10-acre pesticide-free farm, greet the horses and chickens, relax with a drink in one of the many indoor or outdoor spaces, or zone out to the mellow twang of live American folk music. Social hour will feature an array of wine from their vineyard and a variety of local brews, cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks for purchase. Dinner will feature a buffet of their farm-fresh Italian oven pizzas and salads and will finish with dessert.

Summer casual dress. The barn is climate controlled and has bathrooms. There will be buses departing at slightly different times so that you can decide how long of an evening you would like to have. Bar is credit card only, no cash.

This evening will be included in the general conference fee. Extra tickets are available during registration.
