Food Truck Lunch: Thursday, June 19th
We are excited to welcome two Native American Food Trucks, Trickster Tacos and Wild Harvest Lemonade, to campus on Thursday, June 19, for the Crossings and Connections Conference. This special culinary opportunity aims to promote continued opportunities to reflect on the impact that Norwegian migration had on the Native American populations, while also introducing new Urban Native cuisine to conference attendees.
The food trucks will be serving up lunch on Buntrock Plaza from 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
You are welcome to take your lunch indoors to one of the many tables in Buntrock Commons or eat outside on the Plaza and the Green.
Lunch is included in the full conference registration and also Thursday all-day registration.
Lunch is not included in commuter registration and is not available as an add-on.

TRICKSTER TACOS
Trickster Tacos will be serving their popular urban fry bread tacos and taco bowls. You will be able to choose any one of their menu options:

WILD HARVEST LEMONADE
Wild Harvest Lemonade will be keeping us refreshed with their lip-smacking infused lemonades. You will have the opportunity to decide which all natural infusion(s) you would like to try.
