The title of my senior project is “Defining Exceptional Leadership in the Business World.” Sought to understand the most effective leadership practices. Interviewed a diverse set of executive leaders in a variety of roles and business sectors to better understand and define exceptional leadership. Focused on five different themes during interviews: experience, qualities, failures/successes, opportunity, and advice. Defined and presented to my peers and faculty a portfolio of approaches to leadership skills development and best practices as people leaders to inform our future paths to leadership.
