We set out to support the <a href=\"https:\/\/wp.stolaf.edu\/news\/st-olaf-awarded-1-million-grant-from-lilly-endowments-thriving-congregations-initiative\">Nourishing Vocation Project at St. Olaf College.<\/a><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We aimed to develop tools and resources to assist congregations in their efforts to become<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> better community partners to immigrants, new Americans, and their families.
