Here are some demos from our research! If you have never heard what we think a cochlear implant might sound like, please try some of the demos listed below. Although there is no way to know for sure what the perceptual experience of a CI user is like, these demos use processes similar to those used in a speech processor using a CIS processing strategy. These demos use an 8-channel sine wave vocoder, the program is available here http://www.tigerspeech.com/tst_tigercis.html.
