Ivanov<\/a> to St. Olaf to give a public lecture on his recent book, <em>A Spiritual Revolution: The Impact of Reformation and Enlightenment in Orthodox Russia, 1700\u20131825<\/em>. Dr. Ivanov&#8217;s lecture was followed by a reception and exhibition of 17-18th c. Protestant theological works drawn from <a href=\"https:\/\/wp.stolaf.edu\/library\/special-collections\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/wp.stolaf.edu\/library\/special-collections\/\">Rolvaag Special Collections<\/a> and curated by Jillian Sparks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dr. Ivanov also gave a guest lecture on Russia&#8217;s Orthodox Enlightenment in Prof. Morse&#8217;s course, <a href=\"https:\/\/pages.stolaf.edu\/russianstudies\/courses\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"11\">&#8220;Mystics &amp; Madmen: An Introduction to Russian Intellectual History.&#8221;<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Support for Dr. Ivanov&#8217;s visit was provided by the Leraas Fund and the Lutheran Center.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In mid-March, the Russian Studies Department invited Dr. Andrey V.
