{"id":824,"date":"2020-05-01T18:27:15","date_gmt":"2020-05-01T23:27:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pages.stolaf.edu\/performinghistory\/?p=824"},"modified":"2020-05-01T18:27:15","modified_gmt":"2020-05-01T23:27:15","slug":"blog-post-5","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pages.stolaf.edu\/performinghistory\/2020\/05\/01\/blog-post-5\/","title":{"rendered":"Blog Post 5"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Write about any aspect of your current research that you find exciting, troubling, challenging, and\/or illuminating. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>I think the most challenging part of the research is that I still don&#8217;t entirely understand the third paper and will not make an attempt to do so until at least the end of this weekend because I&#8217;m extraordinarily overwhelmed in all my classes, and my roommate just moved back in with her boyfriend and neither of them understand that the walls are thin and think that they can make loud phone calls and listen to music without headphones in the common space and I&#8217;ve already had to ask her boyfriend to stop putting <strong>my<\/strong> writing utensils in his mouth (I had to ask a grown man beginning his doctorate in the Fall to not chew my pens in my work space) and I&#8217;m afraid about any more confrontation.
