2. Please don’t submit time sensitive questions. We cannot guarantee any timeline for when we will be able answer your question.

We will always do the best we can to answer the questions we receive, but we will not be able to answer all questions. Reasons that we may not respond to a question include:

1. The question has already been addressed
2. We do not feel we have the expertise to answer questions on the particular topic or guide you towards proper resources
3. We don’t understand what the question is asking
4. The question asks us to help with an emergency
