href=\"http:\/\/www.luthhist.org\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\">The Lutheran Historical Conference<\/a> is an organization of Lutheran archivists, librarians, and historians.<\/h3>\n<p>It \u00a0fosters effective cooperation among persons and institutions concerned with research, documentation and preservation of the resources revealing experiences of Lutheranism in North America, specifically:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>to coordinate the archival, microfilm and historical activities of the Lutheran church bodies in North America;<\/li>\n<li>to foster the utilization of modern technologies in the accomplishment of germane tasks;<\/li>\n<li>to stimulate future efforts and to seek to avoid duplication of effort;<\/li>\n<li>to provide a channel for communication and cooperation among Lutheran archivists, librarians and historians;<\/li>\n<li>to encourage research and production of scholarly works dealing with the history of Lutheranism in North America.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Conference holds biennial meetings and publishes an annual, <em>The Journal of the Lutheran Historical Conference,\u00a0<\/em>which is indexed by the ATLA.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"et_d4_element et_pb_column_1_4 et_pb_column et_pb_column_1  et_pb_css_mix_blend_mode et-last-child et_block_column et_pb_column_empty\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"et_d4_element et_pb_row et_pb_row_1 in October 2014. \u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>The first twelve places were presented here by St. Olaf College students enrolled in Religion 213: Lutheran Heritage (January 2015), but have now been removed.<\/strong><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"et_d4_element et_pb_row et_pb_row_2  et_pb_css_mix_blend_mode et_block_row\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"et_d4_element et_pb_column_4_4 et_pb_column et_pb_column_3  et_pb_css_mix_blend_mode et-last-child et_block_column
