We are excited to welcome two Native American Food Trucks, <\/span>Trickster Tacos<\/b> and <\/span>Wild Harvest Lemonade<\/b>, to campus on Thursday, June 19, for the Crossings and Connections Conference. This special culinary opportunity aims to promote continued opportunities to reflect on the impact that Norwegian migration had on the Native American populations, while also introducing new Urban Native cuisine to conference attendees.<\/span><\/p>\n

The food trucks will <\/span>be serving up lunch on Buntrock Plaza from<\/span> 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
You are welcome to take your lunch indoors to one of the many tables in Buntrock Commons or eat outside on the Plaza and the Green.<\/span><\/p>\n

Lunch is included in the full conference registration and also Thursday all-day registration.
