But for a small network of environmental crusaders, it is a battlefield. <em>Delikado<\/em> follows Bobby, Tata, and Nieves\u2014a charismatic lawyer, an ex-illegal logger, and a fearless politician\u2014as they risk their lives to stop the corporations and corrupt government officials plundering the Philippines\u2019 \u201clast ecological frontier.\u201d In a country where environmental defenders are often killed with impunity, these magnetic leaders stand as a final line of defense against a deepening human rights crisis.
