Nearly 45% of victims are children. (Mishra, 2025)
Hospitals are overcrowded, underfunded, and under attack.
Survivors lack access to life-saving care, including HIV prevention and trauma treatment.

Panzi Hospital : Hospital founded by Dr. Denis Mukwege, Nobel Laureate for Peace and where women victims of rape are treated
