All the funds will be used to provide healthcare assistance to the survivors. Half of the funds will be distributed to Panzi Hospital for the purchasing of medical tools for survivors’ treatment and another half of the funds will be given to Mukongola Hospital to pay medical bills for survivors and purchase hospital equipment that were stolen recently during the M23 movement’s invasion. Both hospitals are based in Bukavu, Congo.
