I found one letter that stood out to me in particular was from\u00a0Henry Edward Krehbiel. Krehbiel<\/p><\/div>\n<p>We know from Simon Plum&#8217;s blog post titled\u00a0<em>Henry Edward Krehbiel<\/em> published on October 10th, 2017. We know from Simon&#8217;s post that Krehbiel was a musicologist and author known for his work on bringing black folk music into the spotlight to be recognized. Krehbiel to A. Dvorak. From Berkerman&#8217;s collection.<\/p><\/div>\n<p lang=\"en\">In this letter, composed by\u00a0Krehbiel on December 12th 1893 in New York invited Dvorak to attend a lecture he was giving at the &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Woman%27s_club_movement\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Women&#8217;s University Club<\/a>&#8221; on &#8220;Folk Songs in America&#8221;.\u00a0Krehbiel wanted to talk with Dvo\u0159\u00e1k about his New World Symphony to write an article on it for the <em>New York Tribune<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"en\">After doing some additional research, I was able to find a newspaper article published 5 days later after the correspondence. While there is no author listed, it fits the style and time frame of\u00a0Krehbiel. It is a short article titled\u00a0<em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.newspapers.com\/image\/85529375\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Dr. Dvorak&#8217;s Symphony<\/a><\/em> located under the Music header of the Tribune.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"en\" style=\"text-align: center\">Work Cited<\/p>\n<p lang=\"en\">Bain News Service, Publisher. <cite>Paderewski &amp; wife and H.E.
